Agnes Arlene Fulk Agnes Arlene Fulk Agnes Arlene Fulk, 88, of Westfield, formerly of Patricksburg, passed away peacefully on Saturday, September 23, 2017, at the Maple Park Village in Westfield, Indiana. Arlene was born in Minnesota on April 25, 1929, the daughter of Elias J. and Catherine M. (Buskirk) Dayhuff. She married Donald Max Fulk on November 27, 1946, in Patricksburg. Arlene retired from the Owen County Farm Bureau Co-op as a bookkeeper. Arlene was a member of the St. John Lutheran Church in Patricksburg for many years and graduated from Patricksburg High School in 1946.

Arlene is survived by her children, Ruth M. (Dennis) Worthington of Westfield and Bradley M. (Becky) Fulk of Lafayette; grandchildren, Philip (Michelle) Worthington, Paul (Kathy) Worthington, Adrienne Worthington, Brandon (Angel) Fulk and Bridgette (Clinton) Chitwood; ten great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and sisters-in-law, Sue Dayhuff and Lavada Williams.

Arlene was preceded in death by her parents; husband; and one brother, Reverend Joe Dayhuff.

Funeral services will be 12:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 27, 2017, at the West & Parrish & Pedigo Funeral, Spencer. Dan and Doug Dayhuff will officiate. Burial will follow in Lutheran Cemetery in Patricksburg.

Visitation will be 10:00 a.m. until the time of services Wednesday at the funeral home. Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.westparrishpedigo.com.
