Patriots And Knights End Golf Match Tied, 167-167

Cole Parker Cole Parker Despite a more than 30-minute start delay due to the weather, Owen Valley and Northview squeezed in a solid round of golf Tuesday evening at Rolling Meadows, with the two teams ending in a 167-167 tie.

Cole Parker finished with a medalist round of 37 to pace the Patriots, followed by Matt Patterson with a 41, Alan Jackson 44, Alex Johnson 45, Evan Pemberton 47, Corbin Worland 50, Jesse Kestenman 52, and Tyler DeFord 55.

Seth Payton led the way for the Knights with a team-best score of 40, followed by Dylan Nesty with a 41, Keegan Roembke 42, Blake Bennett 44, Sam Grimes 44, Nick McCollum 46, Gabe Rogers 47, and Dylan Sutherland 51.

Weather permitting, OV (12-3- 1) will be back in action tonight, Thursday, in a three-way match against Clay City and host Linton Stockton at Phil Harris Golf Course in Linton. Tee-time is set for 5:00.
