CCSC Announces Back-To-School Registration At Putnam County Fair
Cloverdale Community School Corporation is pleased to announce that it will once again be providing registration during the Putnam County Fair. Registration times are 5:00-9:00 each night in the industrial tent. Cloverdale Schools will also provide registration at the Cloverdale Middle School cafeteria on Thursday, August 1st from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Parents will be able to register through the CCSC webpage at www.cloverdale.k12.in.us. All state and CCSC forms required for registration are available online. All returning students will need their Harmony information to register. While the user-names and passwords remain the same as last year, schedule changes for current students may be made at registration.
Students new to Cloverdale may register and pay textbook rental fees at their individual buildings from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 31st. Students will need a copy of their birth certificate and immunization records. Proof of legal guardianship may be required. New cash transfer students should meet with the building principal for admission prior to registration.
If registration is not possible on this day, please contact the individual schools to make other arrangements.
Registration for Kindergarten students will be July 31st, August 1st and 2nd. All kindergarten students must be five years old on or before August 1st to be eligible to enroll and must have a birth certificate and completed immunization record on file the first day of school. Parents need to bring their kindergartener with them at registration. For the convenience of our parents, Title I is once again holding its annual meeting dur- ing registration. The meeting will be a short session explaining the Voyager reading program, program requirements, and how parents can get involved.
Textbook rental payments are due and payable at the time of registration and/or enrollment. Persons may receive textbook assistance if they qualify for free or reduced lunch based on federal free lunch guidelines. Free/reduced lunch applications will be available at registration. Those who cannot pay their rental fees at the time of registration and do not qualify for the free/reduced lunch program can work with school officials to develop an approved payment plan, A $100.00 deposit is required the day of registration for any payment plan. VISA and Master Card will be accepted. Textbook rental prices are:
•Kindergarten - $79.00
•1st Grade - $92.35
•2nd Grade - $73.15
•3rd Grade - $90.10
•4th Grade - $79.05
•5th Grade - $92.95 depending on electives taken
•6th Grade -$102.80-112.80 depending on electives taken
•7th Grade - $116.55-126.55 depending on electives taken
•8th Grade - $121.80-$131.00 depending on electives taken
•9th through 12th grades - rental and fees depend on courses taken
August 12th is the first student day and lunch will be served. Student lunch prices are $2.45 and $1.25 for breakfast.
